Herido un cazador por un disparo fortuito en Lezama

Un joven cazador de Gernika de 29 años permanece ingresado en el hospital de Cruces desde que ayer recibió un balazo accidental en una axila durante una batida de jabalí en Lezama. El accidente se produjo alrededor de las dos y diez de la tarde en una zona boscosa, ubicada entre las localidades de Lezama y Larrabetzu, junto a la ermita de San Antolín, según informó un portavoz del Departamento de Interior.
Al parecer, el joven guerniqués formaba parte de una cuadrilla de aficionados a la actividad cinegética, que no puede superar los 45 miembros ni tener menos de nueve, según la normativa del Departamento de Agricultura de la Diputación. La temporada de caza del jabalí se abrió el pasado 13 de septiembre y se prolongará hasta el próximo 31 de enero. Pero no es totalmente libre, sólo pueden cazar los domingos, de ocho de la mañana a cinco de la tarde.
Justo en esa franja horaria, cuando salió una manada de estos animales, uno de los participantes en la batida disparó, probablemente con un rifle, contra un jabalí, con tan mala suerte que la bala le alcanzó a un compañero. El impacto se produjo en una axila. El joven, que presentaba orificios de entrada y de salida, cayó fulminado al suelo entre muestras de dolor, indicaron algunas fuentes. Sus compañeros llamaron al 112 para que avisaran a los servicios de emergencias.
Traslado en helicóptero
Ante la premura que exige un caso de herida por arma de fuego, SOS Deiak movilizó al helicóptero de Osakidetza. La aeronave trasladó al herido hasta el helipuerto del BEC, donde fue recogido por una ambulancia que le llevó a su vez al hospital de Cruces. Ingresó con heridas de pronóstico reservado. El hecho de que el proyectil no quedara alojado en el cuerpo restaba gravedad a su estado, señalaron fuentes médicas.

También deben abstenerse en «días de nieve y fortuna», ya que con condiciones meteorológicas adversas, los animales están indefensos. La regla habla de que el suelo ha de estar cubierto de un manto blanco.
